**Applications Open October 5 for Trustee Area 1 Board Appointment**
The Del Norte Unified School District and Del Norte County Office of Education Board of Trustees will accept applications for the Trustee Area 1 board appointment beginning Monday, October 5, 2026. Applications will remain open through Friday, October 16, 2026.
Following the application deadline, an interview schedule will be provided based on the number of applicants. Interviews will be conducted by the Board, with a final appointment made no later than October 30, 2026.
